Whimm Designs offers a range of services to suit your budget and needs. We can manage all aspects of event planning and management, provide partial services that complement what you already have covered, or just do day-of coordination of the event so that you are free to enjoy yourself. Hiring Whimm Designs can save you time, trouble, and expense because we know the events industry and can match you with vendors that will provide outstanding services at the best possible prices.

Full Event Planning and design services will include an initial consultation, venue selection, budget creation, timeline, selecting the right vendors, and negotiation with vendors to get the best price and best fit for your tastes. In addition, we will work with you to make arrangements for transportation, travel logistics, accommodations for guests, wedding dresses and formal wear or event outfits, makeup and hair, photography and videography, décor elements, florals, print materials (invitations, signage, table cards, menus), and post event documentation. As an added touch, Whimm Designs can create custom gifts as giveaways or amenities to compliment your special event.

Partial Event Planning services can include whatever subset of the full services you need, and typically include initial consultation, budget creation, venue selection and vendor selection. Once agreements have been negotiated and signed, you will then take over the event.

Day-of Coordination will be a dedicated planner for the day of your event. The planner will be on-site to ensure the logistics are being handled and everything is running smoothly as planned. Day-of Coordination includes an initial meeting as well as final preparation tasks (completion of a contact sheet and timeline and reconfirmation of the plans and schedule with each vendor in advance of the event). The Day-of Coordinator will handle every detail until the lights go out in the room.
