Whimm Designs will make your special day flawless, effortless and enjoyable. Planning packages are available for weddings of all sizes, budgets and complexities. You can choose from a Full Service package to a Wedding Day Management package (day‐of‐coordination) or anything in between.
Full service wedding planning and design will do everything to help you design the ideal wedding. From the initial consultation, to the budget creation, timeline, vendor selection for catering, flowers, cake, décor elements, dress, rentals‐EVERY detail is handled so you can let go and relax with confidence.
Full-Service Package:
- Initial (free) consultation and discussion
- Wedding planning worksheet
- Budget preparation based on estimated guest count
- Location and venue selection
- Guest list spreadsheet template
- Vendor selection which includes caterers, décor and lighting, entertainment, flowers, rentals, officiate, accommodations, transportation, etc.
- Coordinate all vendor meetings and appointment
- Guest accommodations
- Guest and party transportation
- Plan and facilitate all details with vendors
- Schedule salon and spa services
- Rehearsal details and coordination
- Manage all wedding day installation
- On-site wedding day management including one dedicated planner (8 hours of consecutive time)
- Review all contracts so you understand and get exactly what you pay for

- Timeline and coordination with vendors two weeks prior to wedding
- Manage all wedding day installation
- On-site wedding day management including one dedicated planner (8 hours of consecutive time)
